Sleeping Beauty-Tip's for glowing skin

Feeling yucky when you wake up, want that skin to glow or just sick of seeing wrinkles invading your face? Here are a few tips on how to keep your skin looking smooth and  feel refreshed! 

Wash off that makeup:

  • You have a thousand and one reasons why you can't wash your makeup off that day right? but when it all comes down to it, its being lazy. We all do it, you know, go to bed with our makeup on, but if you wash it off before bed your skin has time to repair itself from the daily pollution that is now in your pores. 

  • Putting a moisturizer on your face before bed helps condition and fight wrinkles. Put some on before your daily makeup routine too to help keep your face looking fresh all day!

Sleep on your back:

  • Sleeping on your stomach can leave you with more wrinkles of your face since your face is laying down on fabric.Which with time will leave the wrinkles in your face and it also clogs up those pores!

Humidify your room:
  • If you have a home that is dry its only natural that your skin with dry out with it. Using a humidifier while you sleep helps your skin stay moisturized and you will feel more rejuvenated when you awake up.(it can also prevent you or your man from snoring)
